I have tried the live chat. When I select the transaction, it says it was denied, thanks and have a great day. It was not help at all. I do not understand how PayPal can side the the seller that will NOT respond to my emails and sent the package to the wrong person!! When I spoke with UPS, the customer Service agent told me it was an amazon tracking number and had nothing to do with that seller or me. So it looks like the seller put in the wrong tracking number. I have reached out and tried to contact them with no response. I chose to make my transaction through PayPal so I would have protection from scams. I am not being protected and now it lookalike I am out $85. When trying to email PayPal, I cannot find an email address nor a phone number. I tried all morning with no luck and a lot of frustration.
