Hi all, I was wondering if any of you can help me with a bit of information. I have recently sent a sum of money to the person I have sent money before multiple times without an issue. The money was transferred safely from my PayPal on to his as before however, while transferring money from his PayPal account to his bank account that person encountered an error and the money's gone from his PayPal account and were not transferred to his bank account either! It's simply gone. It's been almost two weeks and PayPal hasn't been much of help in resolving this issue! I am not sure what to do. Has anyone experienced something like that and what would the best action be in this situation? Is there a specific PayPal channel I can use in order to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance
