This is not helpful. The seller told me to cancel the dispute and they would send out my item. I cancelled the dispute so I could receive the item. This was back in February, it is now April and I still have not received the product. I have emailed them several times and not have heard back, the do not have a phone number and their Facebook page will not let you comment or message them. Glad PayPal supports fraudulent activity, good to know and I guess I won’t use PayPal in the future if that’s the case. I’ll be reporting both you and the business to BBB. ... View more

Dispute on purchase of item I have not received

I want to file a dispute with a company that I tried ordering from back in January of 2020. I tried filing a dispute on my account but it continues to delete the dispute. I have tried many other outlets so this seems like the last resort.   I purchased something on my PayPal account back in January of this year.  After not hearing back from the company on where my product was, I finally filed my dispute with PayPal.  After the dispute was filed the company reached out to me to drop the dispute and they would send out my product and give me a $10 discount.  I dropped the dispute and got the refund on 3/11/2020.  I still have not received my product and have been reaching out to the company for 3 weeks now to get an ETA.
