Hi, I'm stuck in a loop at the moment where I had a new bank account added to my account. Three payments have come up as failed to transfer yet they cleared from my bank account a day or two later. Paypal have since removed that account and I cannot re-add it. I've gotten in touch by email (as that's the only way showing up to contact them besides calling, which is down with the Coronavirus) and they keep saying to use the "secure messaging system" on here... the only options when I go through contact are email!! I cannot remove my old bank account without adding my new one and I cannot add my new one as the transfers keep failing yet they do go through from my bank account. Help!!
