I’m in the same boat and they kept giving me the run around. I sent them a screenshot of what I seen on the irs page and she kept saying that she doesn’t see anything and that it will be deposited to my bank. I kept having to tell the lady that I used PayPal and not an damn bank and then she stated someone would call but they never did. Now all of a sudden I can’t message any more!!
