Can't withdraw money due to account limitations. Can't call support as they're closed. Tried messaging support but they tell me to call support (even though they're not available). Can't go to resolution centre as I "can't use PayPal anymore". I'm in an impossible situation. I have £260 trapped in the account that I need to withdraw urgently. Any help is greatly appreciated.
