I bought a pair of shoes for $250 and shipped it to a US address which is a company who forwards shipments to the Philippines. I decided to use a reshipper so that I wouldn’t be charged tax. If I open it in the Philippines and it’s fake, am I still eligible for buyer protection? I know that if it’s damaged, I won’t be eligible because it may be the reshipping company in fault, but I’m not sure if the item is fake if that’s still the case.
