I sent some money to a person for accommodation due to COVID 19 it was cancelled and the money was refunded. The money was paid from my credit card this was refunded on the 28th May 2020 I can see this on my activity My credit card company TESCO say they have not received it I have contacted both TESCO and Paypal all I can get is Paypal = we sent it on 28th and TESCO we have not received it you need to start s dispute with Paypal I cannot dispute this type of transaction on the resolution center What can I do now
