So, the full story I tried to buy a game from a site, but if I buy anything with my credit card through paypal, it tries to charge it twice, but I don't have that much money on my credit card, so I tried to send my money to my friend's paypal, did it wrong and it charged fee. After that my friend refunded it, but then it refunded it to my credit card, so I'll have to wait, that's why I asked this cuz it'll be much faster way to get my money back. And ofc, with paypal balance the site works perfectly.
