I put $400 in PayPal cash acct at walmart. I did the option where I generate a code and the cashier scans it then u add the money. $3 fee so $403 total was what I put in. It's been over 2 hours now and still nothing has shown up in my acct. PayPal says about 15 min is how long till funds available normally... why is this happening?
