Is there sometime of PP chargeback fraud going on? I'm the merchant and I'm starting to get more than usual disputes, however there's a new twist. I do business regularly with one "disputee". I called him and he told me that he never disputed the charge. I tried calling PP and their customer svc is closed because of Covid. I responded to the chargeback, and I immediately received a notice stating that my account was debited and it was, however there is no charge listed in the summary!!! What is going on?
