I have set up a direct debit to make my payments every month, it is showing active on my bank account so I know it is all ready, but the payment was not taken on the due date noticing this, I paid immediately by my card, and now I have had a letter to say charges of £12 late fee to be paid, surely this is not right and these fees should be removed??
