I have made purchases through paypal but I have not sold anything until recently. I am having issues receiving my money. I sold the items on ebay and have gone to claim my payment but from there it shows I have no balance. Not sure what I am doing wrong so if there is someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
