I just want PayPal to remove limitation or just release the fund thats on hold. I am in need of money and that's why I had that transaction. They asked for ID I gave it. Then they asked for proof from buyer that they receivded the product, I tried contacting him but I didn't get response. So all I ask is an alternative way to remove limitation as in the current situation holding funds could seriously hurt a person and his family.
