My account was changed to limited for what reason I do not know. I could never get it resolved. I should have been able to transfer my money after 180 day waiting period. PayPal never sent the email for me to transfer my money but instead TOOK my money for “damages”. Has anyone had this happen? How do I get my money? This is ridiculous!
