You see, our disputes team basically rely on the tracking numbers for that is the most accurate way they can check if the item was delivered or not. If the tracking number matches the address that you have on the time that a dispute was filed, and the seller managed to follow it, then they will definitely favor the seller. But still, to give you a fair share, you could appeal the case along with the information to support the claim.
