I sent a payment for goods to the e-mail the seller gave to me and sent it as business or whatever the category is that's not friends and family. As soon as it was sent she texted me back and said that was her old e-mail she shared with her ex and that she had a new e-mail and to dispute the first claim. I did that and sent the money to the correct e-mail and received the part. In the mean time Paypal has denied my claim multiple times. The payment says complete but it's not been 21 days and of course I never received any goods for the payment. I contacted the seller but haven't heard anything back. After 21 days will the payment go to the account tied to that e-mail or will I be asked if I ever received the product? This is the first time I've ever done this.
