Hello everyone, Just want to check if anyone has ever experienced this before. A seller from China, send a fake UPS track information. By fake I mean, it is shown as delivered on UPS. But neither my name nor my address is associated with the track number. It just shown as delivered. So the PayPaly Agent drew the conclusion that the package was delivered and dismissed my dispute. Full Story: I ordered SentrySafe SFW205GQC 2.05 Cu ft, Black Safe on 3/27 on www.bellual.com. Never received an email confirmation. So I contact the seller through PayPal and ask to confirm they received the order and have the merchandise i ordered. Still no confirmation. On 4/1, the seller added a tracking number. A few hours later, the tracking number is shown as delivered. However I never received it, as I was at home all day (just like everyone else) and have a ring doorbell which will send me an alert if someone is at my porch. So I called UPS helpline. The UPS agent confirmed that i am not the receiver associated with this tracking number. But due to the privacy rule, they can not send me an email to confirm it. Obviously this is a FAKE tracking number. One more proof for the fake tracking number: the package weight on the tracking number was 1.9lb. Can you imagine a 2.05 cu ft steel safe weight 1.9lb???? I tried to explain that to a PayPal agent, but they insist that they need a document from UPS. Then I contact UPS today. Shockingly their call/online help center is closed due to COVID-19. I did a google search on the fake tracking number. Obviously someone is selling the fake track number to trick PayPal system. So Have anyone encountered this before? If so, how you win the appeal??? 11 Years with PayPal, never file 1 single dispute before this one. But everyone don't buy from this evil seller in China www.bellual.com
