Hi @CaelanD    If you create an account before you turn 18, the account has to be permanently limited and cannot be closed as your acceptance of our User Agreement is not valid because it was accepted by a minor. Hi @DSdispute    I hope you are doing well! Please check if this payment was made as a guest (without logging into PayPal) on eBay or through another seller we process payments for. Sometimes you might see PayPal in your bank statement even if you did not pay using your PayPal account. This is because we offer online checkout for sellers and process card payments they receive.   There is also a possibility that you might have to separate accounts and maybe you used the other account for the payment.   I hope this helps! jjapaguri ... Hi @pedanticmedia    I hope you are doing well! The laws applicable to PayPal accounts differ by country, so you can't change your address to a country that is different from the country you used when you opened your account. If you've moved abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account. Hi @aemeri    I hope you are doing well!   A completed payment cannot be cancelled, this is why you were not able to cancel the transaction after you made it. I undestand your concern, however we usually advise to give 7 days to the seller and ship the item without assuming that something will be wrong with the item. Once you open a claim for item not received, we will ask the seller for the tracking details and continue from there so please do not worry. In a situation like this when a third party account was compromised and your PayPal account was used as a result, please make sure to contact Nintendo to make sure your Nintendo account is secured and the issue reported. In this scenario, your PayPal account stays secure so nobody will be able to log into it without knowing your password. Hi @jus10mat    I hope you are doing well!  From what you are saying this seems to be a pending authorization or a pending order.   An order or authorization is an agreement between you and the merchant to purchase an item for a set amount (and not an actual payment). If the merchant doesn’t claim the funds and complete your order within 30 days, your order will be automatically canceled, the transaction status changes to ‘Expired' and the funds will be released to you. PayPal can void any pending orders and authorizations from your account after 30 calendar days. If you wish to cancel a pending order before the 30-day timeframe has passed, you must contact the merchant to do so.   Please note that even if the seller does not have an existing order in their website, there will be a pending transaction in their PayPal account.   I hope this helps! jjapaguri ...
