Hi @meaganjoelie  and welcome to PayPal community!   This may happen when merchant has on settings to only accept payment when is made by card. It that case, it means that there is nothing wrong on your account, it is only a setting on merchant's side. Once you add a card you will be able to complete the purchase. I hope it helps! Hi @HawkW welcome to PayPal community! You can check all your billing addresses once you login in your account and go to settings and manage addresses in your account. Here is how to update your preferred shipping address through the check out flow: Click Change across from the Ship To address. Select the correct address you wish to ship to - this will route you back to the Review page with the new address. Check mark the box to 'Make this my preferred shipping address'. If adding a new ship to address: Click Change across from the Ship To address. Click on '+Add' in the upper left corner and enter in the new address. Hi @Sifiso1    To maintain the highest level of security, we encourage our members to confirm their identity by completing PayPal's Verification process. We verify your account by confirming that you own the financial details that have been added to it.  The verification code cannot be sent to you by email, sms or post. Hi @Bob0316    If merchant's email address is not valid, you can contact then through his phone number or on his website.
