Paypal is a joke! I never received items that were ordered, PayPal said Vendor shipped it, it must have been stolen out of my locked mailbox. Never received any shipping info to track a package that never existed! They get paid from the vendors so they really don't care about us ! My other problem was I ordered toilet paper and paper towels, Never received the paper towels but did receive a bag of coreless toliet paper. 7 inches long rolled up, won't fit in any toilet paper holder -Nothing like I ordered. Paypal says , well at least you got something! Sided with the vendor again! No sense using Paypal anymore, they don't stand with the customer any way!!! ... View more

Well surprise surprise, I just looked and saw that PayPal closed my case and decided to side with the seller. Are we shocked?? No, just goes to show you PayPal is walking all over us just like this Vango group that is advertising using American version products and sending is foreign products that don't match up to our expectations. PayPal says well they looked into it, and well I'm wrong!! I had the exact wording of what I was "suppose" to receive Along with pictures of what I did recieve. The package that was delivered to me, fit in my mailbox! 40 Mega rolls of Charmin wouldn't fit in a mailbox! I'm disgusted and I'm not settling !! I'm furious, that we all are being taken advantage of! PayPal doesn't seem to care! I didn't even get notification that they even closed my case!! WTH PayPal!! Well, my package was delivered today! So its 20 rolls of ?? Cordless, very small- Fit in my mailbox!! Definitely not Charmin Ultra Soft Cushiony Touch Toliet paper 40 count Family Mega Rolls =205 regular rolls. It's 2" x 6" !!! I am on the Toilet paper train also ~ This company was running an ad through Facebook~ I clicked on the link, went through PayPal to pay (Thank God) shipping was free, except if you wanted expedited shipping, which I took.
