Hi! I made a purchase for a subscription service for one year on Ebay. The seller sent me a login and a password by email. After I logged in, I realized that the account was already used by someone else. I contacted the seller to know if the login was leaked in a data breach. I'm waiting for his answer. Can PayPal do something in case like that? Thanks
