So i just finish chatting with paypal live support here what they have to say I see that the payment attempts to "----- for $----- USD have been blocked by our security system. If you're tried with all the available payment methods and still the payment hasn't gone through, we request you to make this specific payment outside PayPal. Since the payment has been blocked by the security system, the existing payment methods like the PayPal balance and the other linked payment methods won't work for this specific payment. You will need to make this specific payment in full outside PayPal. They pretty much tell me they can't do anything and just go pay outside paypal. Now i have money sitting in my paypal balance that i can't even use this is so absurd. Is this just one of thing or is it permanent block ? I did some digging on paypal forum and most people say it just something temporary and you have to wait 24 to 72 hours for it to fix itself is this true ? thanks
