Hi @Yahel155 Thanks for reaching Community forum! If that is your Personal Debit Card, there's no option for you to link it with a different account until you remove it in your main account. You can only remove it if the limitation will be lifted or removed. You can open a new PayPal account specific to your country using a new email address. You can also contact your Financial institution if they can give you a replacement for the debit card because that card is already flagged here in PayPal. As what wss mentioned by sharpiemarker that PayPal is Country specific and each country has rules and user agreement. Hope this helps!
