PayPal Community

I am a vendor who has unpaid invoices outstanding.  I have sent "overdue" notices, but have been told that all they see is that some invoice is overdue, not a copy of the overdue invoice.  How can I resend the invoice?  I don't want to create new invoices and have the old forever existing as unpaid.  This should be a simply fix. ... I have two different checking accounts with two different banks.  I listed one account to have PayPal money go to, but could not get it to confirm.  My wife has a PayPal account and uses it often,and she told me PayPal money transfers instantly.  When, after several hours, I still could not confirm, I removed that account and listed the other.  I checked that one several times today, still nothing.  Out of curiosity, I checked my other bank and, yes, two small deposits and a withdraw.  I go back to PayPal and remove my second bank and reenter the first.  Still cannot confirm.  Have I gotten myself trapped in some kind of vortex?  How can I fix this?  Thank you to whomever may help me! ...
