I have had the same issue. I can't believe how easy it must be for scammers in China to use paypal to scam people knowing how hard paypal makes it for us to get our money back. What does it take to get our money back. Some of us have lives to live and can not be glued to the messenger service 24 hours a day. I have sent receipts and pictures of the envelope and merchandise sent which clearly prove a ladder wasn't shipped in a package rated for a product smaller than 6 inches. For real paypal!
