So I recently purchased a bag on grailed, and when I received it the bag turned out to be inauthentic, so I requested a refund and escalated to PayPal and they approved it, but the seller never responded to any message I sent, I couldn't find the address he provided on google maps, it is in Malaysia and I can't seem to find the address he provided, I plan to return the bag with USPS First Class International, and the address seems to go through fine but I'm really unsure, the bag is worth quite a lot and I'm afraid what if the bag gets lost in transit or the address doesn't exist, if the package is lost in transit will I lose the dispute automatically? I opened a claim on June 9th, 2020, Paypal said the seller will be asked to respond before June 28th, but today is June 29th and I've got no response from both the seller or Paypal, claims before only gave them 10 days to respond and if they don't respond the case will be closed on the mark immediately, now I have waited 20 days to return this item that is not described and the case is over the estimated period and still have no solution, I need help knowing what will happen next. I opened a case on Mar 10th, 2020, SNAD, seller did not respond within the given timeframe, which is 10 days, Paypal closed the case and refunded me on Mar 20th, 2020 since the seller did not respond, now I have my refund but also his item, he is now emailing me and threatening to return the item to him and I have to pay for return shipping, if I don't ship the item back he will file a police report etc. He threatened me that he has contacted paypal about the issue and he has my personal info, name, address etc. I don't know what to do in this situation, the case did not require me to ship back the item since he did not respond on time, so do I need to ship it back to him them? I feel threatened by him and is afraid when I return the item he will do a reverse charge on the case and take the money too, any help is appreaciated, thank you for your time! ... View more
