I opened a dispute over a record I bought as I was sent a completely different record to what was advertised. With PayPal, we worked out that I'd receive a full refund if I sent the record back. So I sent it back. I provided a tracking number and uploaded the receipt showing I paid and sent the package. I received an email saying the case was denied due to the fact I didn’t provide tracking details. I went onto the claim I’d made, there was the tracking number and receipt I uploaded.. I copy pasted the tracking number I’d provided into Aus post tracking and the package has been delivered to the person in Spain.. I’m unsure why it’s been denied? I can’t call PayPal due to Covid so I can’t speak to someone. Not sure where to go from here? Also, I’d like to be refunded for sending the package back. I paid with my bank card at post office, so I’m not sure how I go about doing the PayPal refund for it. Thanks, Mitch.
