Almost the same thing happened to me even though I had PayPal selected as preferred balance and the money was in PayPal more than enough to deduct but they took it out of my bank they said I need a special account Cash Plus account which I already have, I cannot get a running balance from PayPal I've asked them several times they said I need a business account I got a business account back in 2000 I have a business debit card still no running balance to figure out how this got out of hand ... PayPal does not offer a running balance PayPal is like a bank they should offer a running balance for any account not just a business account. I have had to run reports then use my own spreadsheet to do my own running balance. I had enough funds in my account to send my sister PayPal to PayPal her income from the sales PayPal took it for my bank even though my preferred balance was to be used then I had an overdraft on my bank then they took the money out of second time from PayPal and then again from the bank it's ridiculous I cannot get this straight without a running balance. Someone else here summed it up best. Paypal enjoys all the benefits and priveleges of a bank, but has NONE of the Obligations. I am proof that PayPal can **bleep**-over anyone they wish to, and I have zero legal recourse because their terms of service basically tell you they can **bleep** you over at any time, for any reason. ...
