Hi @Tyrrell_16, The first option that you can do is to contact the seller via email (or call them if possible) and ask for a refund. The second option is that, since it's a guest checkout, you can contact us via chat and we can open a case for you against this transaction. However, please be advised that opening a case for a transaction under a guest checkout would still be subject to our Purchase / Buyer Protection (i.e. you have not received your order or the item you received is significantly different from what was advertised).
