I've been 18 for the entire time I had a PayPal account. Recently, I was asked to confirm my identity, so I sent a picture of my driver's license and bank statement. They got back to me saying that my account was limited because I had been under 18 at the time of creating an account, except that I wasn't- I had turned 18 several months previously. I've contacted PayPal about this, but has anyone else experienced this, and were you able to get it resolved?
