Here is my problem with this response. I understand not jumping to conclusions with the sellers and giving them the benefit of the doubt. These post are from January to March, with many different buyers saying the same thing. That is way more rope than I would expect a company of this magnitude to give. This one is my fault and I own it. Usually, I’m way more diligent about investigating sellers but I let my guard down because of PayPal’s backing. You live and you learn but I do know if I was to say something discriminatory or profane on Facebook, I’d be blocked within days (not months).
