Hi, I raised a dispute against a payment. PayPal closed the dispute on my end (Buyer), which is great because myself and the seller came to an arrangement, but on the sellers end, it still says the dispute is open and they cannot refund me whilst the dispute is open. When I click on activity, it also says here that the dispute is open but when I go to the resolution centre it says closed. Also, my case ID for this dispute is different to the one that the seller has privy to. What can I do to get this money back? Thanks.
