I acknowledge that there is a 21 days hold policy for new users but can you please change that policy to those who deliver digital service. It's ok to wait for a week but waiting for 21 days is too much cause we have already delivered service and completed it. I work hard also to earn that money and hope that you can change the holding process especially to those who deliver digital service. I am from the Philippines and currently affected by the pandemic and need to work at home to earn money to spend on our daily needs. And I hope that you understand or respond to this situation. I just ask that you can shorten the holding process. I have already messaged you since 25th but I do understand that you are also affected but I am hoping that you respond to this. The trend of working from home or doing freelance is now increasing and most of the clients are asking Paypal accounts and like me, this is my first time to go work from home and it's sad that waiting for the money is kinda too long. It would be ok if it's a week or two. We need that money too especially in this time of emergency, although bills are suspended here but our problem is the money to buy for food. Not all here are given by the government and as a citizen that is still able to work, the part that I can do is just to work from home and earn on my own for family, so that the government can help more those are in really in need and no means to work. I am not asking to remove the holding process cause I know that verification is vital. But I really need right now is that you'll also understand our situation and be able to shorten the holding process. I am hoping that you can respond to this. Thank you.
