Please provide us solution on how to remove the account limitation, my friend has also the same issue and since we have pandemic crisis, most businesses are closed, we are unable to contact Paypal CS. I have submitted necessary docs that they are requesting but still on review and it’s taking time for them to check. My friend couldn’t receive the money that she needs to receive as Paypal holds the money to her bank account. Please help us.
