So I ordered an ebook on 03/24/2020. I'm a college student who has been affected by COVID, since I was using my school library to access some of my books. I decided to order an ebook for one of my classes, since they are received as soon as you purchase them. This is normally how ebooks work, you don't have to wait for them to be shipped/emailed. This is directly from the site: "Delivery: Instant Online Storage Download. WHY PAY OVER $219 FOR HARDCOPY WHEN YOU CAN HAVE THE SAME EBOOK AS PDF IN YOUR COMPUTER OR SMART PHONE CHEAPEST PRICE ON THE INTERNET AND YOU WILL GET THE EBOOK INSTANTLY IN YOUR EMAIL AFTER CHECKOUT IMPORTANT BEFORE PURCHASING: Please note that this is a PDF digital format and not a hardcover printed book and the PDF file will be sent to your email once the payment has been made and it can be read in all computers, smartphone, tablets etc. By purchasing this item, you agree that you have read and understand the description plus you are aware that you are not purchasing physical book but digital softcopy. The digital book will be given to you via a download link and will be sent to your email address within 5 minutes." Well I did not receive it instantly. In fact, I received it today, an entire week after I placed the order and filed a claim. With this being said, do you guys think I'll get my money back. The whole point of buying an ebook was for instant access so I dont fall behind in class while I wait for a physical copy. I even ended up ordering a physical copy after I realized I wasnt getting my download link and it came BEFORE the online copy. This is literally false advertising and I hope Paypal takes my side.
