I need everyone's help I am really ill And have been waiting on Ulta and PayPal to issue me 83 dollars back for 20 days now I've done every thing I even tried a PayPal pool pool they deducted this from my pay pal credit balance and I returned merchandise I even contacted the company I have many health problems couldn't use my card know this virus is awful but I am waiting to go in the hospital and I am trying to help others my mom can't work bc she's taking care of me I know others are asking for help on bills and goods but I am very neurotic I Can no long walk live on social security aide need a new wheel chair am waiting on stem stell transplant etc please help
