Hi @Hawraalali,    There is no option to cancel a payment you’ve sent if its status shows "Completed" in your Activity.   If you didn't make this payment, please report this unauthorized transaction in the Resolution Center.  If there are other issues with this payment, such as you didn't receive the items or services you paid for, you can open a dispute in the Resolution Center.  Please click here for more information. ... Hi @rashif_2000,   I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulties adding funds to your PayPal balance.    Please keep in my that you do not need to have money in your PayPal account to make a payment. As long as you've linked a bank account or card, you can shop with PayPal and pay from the bank account or card.   If you still want to add money to your PayPal account, you can do so from a confirmed bank account. Hi @Alex_19991 ,     It is possible that we contacted you by text message or through an automated call.   To verify if the message you received is really from PayPal, log in to your PayPal account securely by typing paypal.com  into your browser's address bar and go to your Resolution Center.  Your Resolution Center will contain information on any account issue we may have contacted you about.   If you receive a suspicious text message or call, do not provide your personal or financial information, and do not click on any links. Hi @GordyJ,   I do apologize for the difficulties you've had with trying to link your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard.  When you activate your card online, you're asked to log in with your PayPal credentials. At that time, your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard should have automatically been added to your PayPal Wallet as an additional payment method.   You can also follow these steps to register your permanent card to your PayPal account, you must: Go to www.paypal.com/prepaid and click on “Activate your Card Account here" Enter the 16 digit card number, CVC2 number, and PIN number when prompted. Click on Continue. Provide the missing account information. Click on Register Now to complete the process. Hi @Akelly26,   PayPal Prepaid & your actual PayPal Account (PayPal App) are two separate services & applications.     You can use your PayPal account to set up instant transfers at no-cost to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard Account.   I would suggest the PayPal Cash Card (no credit check required) if you're looking to have everything under one application.
