So I tried to purchase a necklace online but Paypal put the transaction on hold/pending and wanted a proof of the address which I couldn't provide so I contacted the seller and asked him to refund so he did but the transaction is still til this very moment pending. it's been almost 5 months now and I don't think I got the money back! it was never refunded to my bank account I tried to contact paypal customer service multiple times but they don't reply to my e-mails What should I do ?
