Hola Virmar Al pagar con PayPal en cualquier sitio web, estará cubierto por la Protección del comprador de PayPal en caso de que tenga un problema. Si su transacción cumple los requisitos para la Protección del comprador de PayPal y si un artículo no llega o es muy distinto al descrito, le ayudaremos a obtener un reembolso completo. Puede abrir una disputa en un plazo de 180 días desde la fecha de un pago. Le explicamos cómo: Vaya en Ajuda Vaya al Centro de resoluciones. Haga clic en Informar de un problema. Haga clic en la transacción con la que tiene un problema y haga clic en Informar de un problema. Siga las instrucciones.   ¿Cuál es el siguiente paso? Dispone de 20 días desde la fecha en que abrió la disputa para resolverla con el vendedor. Si el vendedor no contesta o no se consigue llegar a una solución, puede elevar la disputa a reclamación.
