I have one last chance to recover funds from an obviously disreputable parts auto supplier in Canada. Yes, I have learned my lesson and I should’ve paid attention to the reviews that were done by one person! My question is I inadvertently entered one item not all items. I did not realize you had to enter all at once. I received a favorable ruling for the one item, when I appealed it directly for the other non-shipped non-refunded item PLUS parts returned with proof of delivery. PP ruled in the favour of the vendor. Which makes no sense that they ruled in my favour for the first item how could the vendor have won the dispute for the other item that was never shipped and never refunded? So I need some advice on how to structure my appeal. Here’s what I have: A list of delivered items shipped and ones that did not do not show A return material authorization. Canada post confirmation of returned items. Vendor transcript on refunds coming that never materialized. An email stating the items were canceled at their end. Ruling comment in favour of the vendor suggested I was missing documentation but that was never clarified as to what documentation was missing. Which is too vague in my opinion, but of course getting hold of somebody at PP before the appeal deadline will be impossible. So if anybody can give me some feedback as to how to properly reply I’d be grateful. It’s over $400 I’m owed. I’m wondering if I should be supplying transactions on my credit card that do not show any credits and my PayPal account too, which I assume they can access this but I don’t know. Any input on how to get my money from back from this unsavory vendor would be greatly appreciated. For the record I didn’t place a dispute until three weeks awaiting a refund and substantial emails, mostly unanswered. And from the reviews I see many other people have also had the same issue as I have but I don’t know if that something that would be taken into consideration
