I've sold lots of things on eBay before, and it's all worked perfectly fine with paypal. Now though, I got a message saying I need to claim my payment from a buyer. I can't find it anywhere on paypal though, so I have no idea how to claim this payment. I've done some searching on paypal and it says you do that when it's sent to your phone? But I haven't even registerd my phone! I changed my e-mail adress a little while back and paypal accepted it but eBay won't send me the confirmation letter so I haven't been able to change it on eBay, maybe that could be the problem?
