I sent funds to a valid user it shows the transaction as completed . However the receiver has not accepted the transaction and He can show me his screen for acceptance Prompt which includes my sent cash and someone else’s. He knows there is an issue and does not want to accept . How can I get the transaction canceled who must do it. I believe he needS to take the action to cancel the money transfer. Please help on the correct procedure
