I booked an airport transfer for my holiday in Portugal, resort hoppa have cancelled this due to the covid situation but will not offer a refund only credits to use in the future - limited time, as an nhs worker I cannot commit to annual leave and need this refund back now, I don’t want a credit, the service has not been provided and I may not book again for some years (my partner has severe respiratory issues) I have emailed and offered them the opportunity to resolve but they are saying their business will fold so they cannot offer a refund, unfortunately this is not my fault, I have paid with cash for a service not received and would like a refund : PP-D-63662070 Is my reference if you want to quote for consistency
