I was charged for two products from the same company. I did not receive the item. I contacted the company with no response. I then made a claim through PayPal who said they would contact the seller. Finally I received a response from the company asking me to remove the dispute so that they could process my order. I’m afraid to do this bc I won’t have any help from PayPal if I do this. They have my money. What should I do?
