Hey guys and gals. I'm trying to send a friend cash as they are stuck overseas thanks to Covid 19 and they are trying to get home. but every time I try to send I get this error message "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." It doesn't matter what amount I try and use it just won't work please help me get my friend home
