Hello- thank you in advance for looking at this. I cannot get a $700 payment to go through. I can get a $.01 payment to work to someone else. I have checked the funds available on my credit card, my email, the other guy's email, but I cannot get my payment to go. I get told, "We cannot complete your payment at this time. Please try again later..." Please help.
