Just dealt with this issue this AM, paid for transactions where it specifically said it was PAD, some went through that way, some didn't. Called and was on hold for nine billion years (later discovered on FB their system appears to be having other issues) and still, "nope, nothing we can do". I have now contacted my bank to decline these charges, sent an email to the CEO and a Director of Customer Experience, as well as posted on their FB page and sent a private message. Complaint with Consumer Affairs department is next....
