also, he made me move from siteground host to A2hosting the atakdomain host I bough more than one host and lost it now? plus many plug in I lost it bcz of him now I understand that he was lying in everything any advice for me plz, I found him on net and I double if he is a real company not a fraud can anyone help me plz and advice me what should I do? as I can't dispute again and I will lose 2300$ plus many plug I don't even know how to use it.   ... I already marked it as resolved. still the site he was promised to design is not ready? the site doesn't have the payment method? the agreement was 25 working days since jan23. 2020 I have no clue how to use it and the designer is the admin of the site.   he took received all his money and I made dispute yesterday and start working very hard to finish? he promise to finish it yesterday and I resolved the dispute so he should be able to receive the money. Today I checked the site he promised to finish is not ready? and he got 2300$ for a ready design? not completed at all and he can't finish it. I can't dispute again bcz I marked it as resolve? I don't want the money if he finish it as agreed but he refuse or can't finish it and he is too late now I asked its not ready he start yelling and accused me of the reason not to add payment method and its my problem to learn how to use it not his.. how wud  dispute again till he finish it? its not fair to loss 2300$ for something not received at all any advice as PayPal refuse any dispute again as I marked it resolved plz help ...
