Yes, after 7 months of frustration I finally received a refund. I filed a complaint with the CA State Attorney General and low and behold the money for the item I did not purchase was refunded within 2 weeks.   Don't wait! File with your state Attorney General asap!   ... View more

I have been trying to get my money back since March.  I had a fraudulent charge on my account from Paypal for something I did not order from Zestads.  I went every route they offered me, but Paypal denied my claims over and over.  I finally wrote to the CA State Attorney General and they will be contacting them, but need more people to complain directly to the AG so they have more leverage.  Just go on-line and fill out the form there and send them any and all paperwork you have. Me too! I'm currently gathering all my emails etc together and filing a complaint with the CA State Attorney General. In the mail tomorrow.  I'm done trying to deal with PayPal about this. I was charged for something that I did not purchase or authorize. Totally fraudulent  and I hold PayPal responsible for this.  Something did show up at my address that I refused back to the post office. Paypal wants me to provide them with tracking etc on something I didn't order. Ridiculous and illegal.  This has been going on since March, beginning to think there are only robots that work for PayPal and all from China!! just done.     ... View more

My problem is PayPal charged my account March 7, 2020 for something from ZestAds that I never ordered. I reported it as FRAUD, but Paypal denied my claim, saying there was some sort proof and prior history, so I would have to send an appeal in writing and they would send information to me. I have sent 2 certified letters to the address they gave me to appeal and they were signed for so someone received, but no response! I was scammed by this "company" last June so I  would never have ordered from them again. This was total fraud. My debit card was used through PayPal, not credit card.
